Novetera Solutions Inc. (“Novetera,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through novetera.co and our emails, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Information we collect
- Inquiry form: your name, email address, organization, the service you’re interested in, and your message.
- Free guide form: your first name, email address, and whether you agreed to receive emails from us.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
- Site usage: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We also record a few actions, such as submitting a form or opening a PDF. These events do not include your name or email address.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and arrange services you ask about.
- To send the guide you requested.
- To send occasional emails about AI for ministry and our services, only if you checked the consent box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the site and send email. They process information on our behalf:
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
- Resend (delivering inquiry form messages to us)
- Loops (sending the guide and our emails, and storing subscriber details)
- Google Analytics (site usage statistics)
- Google Workspace (our email)
Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information held there may be accessible to authorities under the laws of those countries.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies only after you accept them in our cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics sets no cookies and receives only basic, cookieless measurements. The site stores your choice in your browser. You can change it at any time: .
How long we keep it
- Inquiries: as long as needed to respond and serve you, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact.
- Subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details.
- Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent, or have your details deleted. To unsubscribe, use the link in any of our emails or email us. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Security
We limit access to personal information to people who need it and use providers with appropriate safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
